How to start working out



Here are some of the problems that you may come into:

Too difficult: A lot of people start off to strong and find themselves not able to keep up
Too many goals: It is hard to create a lot of goals and keep up with them
Not enough motivation: We are disciplined but lack in motivation

Here are 4 steps to follow:
WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS
TAKE IT EASY AND WORK YOUR WAY UP SLOWLY
MAKE IT MEASURABLE
LIMIT YOUR GOALS TO AROUND ONE A MONTH
